“Our driver was not waiting for us when we arrived. We had to call him. He arrived and did not offer to help with luggage. Except putting in the car. Which was a taxi. He spoke on a private call the whole 30 minute drive to the hotel. We could have stood on line for a cab and paid 1/3 the price.”

“We updated our pick up time approximately 3 weeks in advance. We received confirmation and had the tickets downloaded. Viator failed to notify the transport company that our time had changed. The morning of departure, the driver did not show up leaving us stranded at the hotel. We had to quickly make other arrangements and barely made our flight. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. The party traveling with us had the exact same issue.”
